WE RESPECT
A RICH HERITAGE.
The excellence of the programmes and companies of today's Unior
Group stems from respect for the heritage of the Pohorje ironworks
from the 18th century. A Styrian iron industrial company with limited
connection, founded in 1919, the post-war Forged Tool Factory of Zreče,
and "nally Unior, which has been operating as a joint stock company
since 1997, has grown with a network of companies across Europe,
the USA and Asia into an important international group that combines
centuries-old Slovenian blacksmith and toolmaking culture with state-of-
the-art metalworking approaches. It has the advantage of combining the
development of its own solutions in the "eld of own-brand hand tools
with the biggest developmental achievements and challenges in the
"eld of machine manufacture and metal forging.
