The high quality of products from Unior is founded on carefully planned,
managed and veri"ed processes. We operate in accordance with certi"ed

systems and international standards ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 VDA

6.4. ISO 14001. Unior was one of the "rst manufacturers of hand tools
in Europe to receive ISO 9001 quality certi"cation for the development,

production and marketing of hand tools, sheet metal storage for hand
tools, and for machine forging. The tools comply with the DIN standard, as

evidenced by the GS certi"cate. The live work tools boast a VDE certi"cate.
The hand tools programme operates according to the EFQM business
excellence model. The forgings programme meets the standards of the
automotive industry VDA 6.1, QS 9000 and IATF 16949. As early as 2004,
the machine manufacturing programme was the proud recipient of the
VW Mexico award for best supplier of custom machines.

In addition, the Unior Hand Tools Programme is o$cially certi"ed
as a European manufacturer of hand tools, as we have obtained the
European Brand Quality Certi"cate.
